These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the winp platform — including all games, account features, financial transactions, bonuses, and support services offered at winp.lat. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

winp provides deposit limits, session caps, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to every registered player. Any person under the age of 21 who registers with winp, whether using accurate or falsified personal information, has entered into this agreement in violation of PAGCOR regulations. Upon discovery of underage registration, winp will immediately close the Account, void all bets placed, and forfeit the Account balance in accordance with applicable Philippine law.
The winp platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use winp. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is legal in their jurisdiction before doing so. winp makes no representation that the Platform is available or legal in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one winp Account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, winp reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your winp Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. winp will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
All activity conducted through your winp Account — including bets placed, games played, bonuses claimed, and transactions initiated — is deemed to have been carried out by you. You are fully responsible for all such activity, regardless of whether another person accessed your Account with or without your knowledge.
You warrant that all personal information provided to winp during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly notify winp of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances.
winp is required by PAGCOR and by applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any identity documentation requested by winp, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys ID, or Passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.
winp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, InstaPay, QR Ph, PesoNet, and Metrobank. All payment channels available on the Platform are BSP-regulated or comply with applicable Philippine financial regulations. winp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your winp Wallet in real time upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and QR Ph may take between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on the chosen channel and the processing times of the respective financial institution. winp does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with their standard terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed by winp during standard operating hours, seven days a week. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within one hour of the withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. winp does not guarantee specific processing times, as delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, bank settlement windows, or KYC review requirements.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
You warrant that all funds deposited into your winp Account are derived from legitimate sources and are free from any connection to criminal activity. You must not deposit funds derived from fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. winp cooperates fully with the AMLC and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities in any investigation involving suspicious financial activity on the Platform.
All games available on winp use independently certified random number generation (RNG) and/or live dealer mechanics verified by the respective game providers under their own regulatory certifications. winp does not manipulate game outcomes. PAGCOR has the right to audit any game result on the Platform at any time, and winp maintains full audit logs of all game outcomes for this purpose.
All bets are subject to acceptance by winp at its sole discretion. winp reserves the right to void, limit, or refuse any bet placed by any Player without providing a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a technical error has occurred, where a wager appears to exploit a pricing error, or where a Player has been identified as engaging in systematic advantage play that falls outside normal recreational gambling behaviour.
In the event of a technical failure, server disconnection, or platform error that affects the outcome of a game in progress, winp will endeavour to void and refund any affected bets. winp cannot guarantee refunds in all cases of disconnection where the game outcome was already determined prior to the disconnection event. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing live dealer or sabong games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winp:
winp offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and maximum cashout limits, which are disclosed at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Wallet must be wagered the specified number of times (as disclosed in the individual promotion terms) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, the bonus component of your Wallet balance is not available for withdrawal.
winp actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse. Players found to be registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, systematically exploiting low-house-edge games to complete wagering requirements, or engaging in any other pattern of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts suspended or permanently closed.

winp collects personal information including but not limited to your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, government-issued ID details, payment method details, and gaming activity data. This information is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AMLC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving the Platform. winp does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winp's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player into their winp Account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to winp's support team. winp will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures for licensed online gambling operators.
winp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, winp will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the winp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
