The winp platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. winp does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 21.
Where winp becomes aware that a person under 21 has registered for an account — whether through KYC verification, parental notification, or any other means — winp will immediately suspend the account, delete all personal information collected from the underage individual to the extent permitted by applicable law, and notify PAGCOR as required by its licensing conditions.

In the course of operating the winp platform, some of your personal data may be processed by winp's third-party service providers operating servers or infrastructure outside of the Philippines — particularly cloud hosting providers and certain game providers whose technical infrastructure is hosted internationally.
Where such cross-border transfers occur, winp ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Section 21 of RA 10173 and NPC issuances on cross-border data transfer.
